PLO Range Viewer tutorial
Preflop PLO ranges are available for purchase as MonkerViewer range files. As a subscriber you can download the PLO preflop sims for offline use at half price!
PLO range viewer settings
You can use the following adjustments:
display bet sizes in % percent of the pot or in big blinds strategy rounding - round the displayed strategy to the nearest 10%, 25%, 50% or 100% (pure strategy). This is useful when studying to memorize a strategy with a lot of mixing customize all the colors used in the range viewer: check/call and betting actions colors, bet sizes as well as the range text displayed in the charts.
Confirm to save before closing the settings pop up window
Game tree navigation
• Toggle on/off via the lightning bolt ⚡️ on the Root breadcrumb (yellow = on). • Hover any action in the breadcrumb to preview the next decision. • Click to commit the line and load the strategy.
Quick navigation toggle
The preflop chart sorts and filters the hands by actions taken and by hand groups, such as off suit or 3 suit. Clicking on the section of the chart zooms in to show more details about this part of the range hand group, e.g. 3bet to 9bb, 2 suit hands.
To zoom out/reset the chart, click in the center of it.
Hand groups are represented by different colors that you can click on in the strategy chart.
Follow the color legend below and click on the action you want to take and then on the hand group.
N/C- not connected
N/S - means not suited

In the strategy tab you will see list of hands separated by the action they take and grouped by the suit structure
You can hide combos based on their play frequency, as well as sort them by EV or probability.
The hand list will display hands from the sunburst chart, but you can also search for specific hands using the hand search field. For detailed syntax instructions click the ? directly in the PLO online viewer, next to the hand search field.

Hand filter syntax
Use the search field to look for specific hands or hands that contain specific cards. The hand filter uses Odds Oracle's syntax, for example:
Basics
* or root — every hand K — at least one king AA — two or more aces (rank repeated = "at least N of") AKQJ — every listed rank present AA,KK — comma is OR; arms can be different shapes [T+][T+][T+], ss — bracket arm OR suit arm
Q+ — at least one card queen-or-higher A-Q — at least one card in A, K, Q (aces high) TT-77 — pair in TT, 99, 88, or 77 9876- — descending sequence (substring match)
[A-J][2-5]33 — one A-J, one 2-5, plus a pair of 3s [T+][T+][T+] — three cards T-or-higher (repeated bracket = count) J[T-][T-][T-] — jack-high (no rank above J) K[2,J,T] — king plus one of 2, J, or T [A][A] — repeated bracket forces multiplicity (two aces)

Hand Shapes
RR — any pair (rank with multiplicity ≥ 2) RROO — two pair AARR — pair of aces plus another pair JRON — jack plus N-1 distinct other ranks {$L$L$L$L} — non-paired low cards only (A, 2-8); use 6 for PLO6
Explicit Cards
AsKhJd2c — exact 4-card hand class (suit groupings honored) AdJdTc7h4s3h — exact 6-card hand class AdJdTc — partial: A and J share a suit, T separate (PLO6) AdJh — partial: A and J in different suits
Composite (chain filters)

Percentile (equity rank)
15% — top 15% of iso classes 30%-50% — percentile band AA:5% — AA hands within top 5% 25%:wxyz — rainbow hands within top 25% 40%!RR — top 40% with no pairs ([T+][T+][T+], ss):15% — high-card or suited within top 15%

On the left side, just below the game tree navigation bar, you will see the name of the solution that you are currently viewing. Click the + symbol to load another GTO Omaha solution from the same sim group, e.g. another stack depth from the PLO5 HU solutions set.-

Trainer performance
See your PLO training performance for the corresponding spot and specific poker skill. This feature helps you identify potential weak areas in your game, improve your poker skills and track your progress as you study.
Click STATS to see your training performance
In the pop-up window, click on the badge to train that key poker skill course or specific node (in case no course exists for that spot).

All the Online Range Viewer sims are integrated with GTO Poker Trainer. The Play button will seamlessly switch you to the PLO Poker Trainer in the spot you are viewing, facing the decision of the active player.
You can use the online range viewer to set up any custom drill. Just navigate to a spot in the viewer and then press Play to practice it in the GTO trainer. You can also set custom drills in the GTO Poker Trainer.
