The Viewer and the Trainer are built for study. You open a spot, work through the ranges and drill the decisions. That is what your subscription is for, and it is what we protect.
What we detect
RangeConverter monitors for automated use of the Viewer and the Trainer. By automated use, we mean scripts, bots or other tools built to pull content from the site in bulk.
What happens when a limit is exceeded
We have usage limits in place. When an account exceeds them, that account is suspended for 24 hours. In certain cases, the IP address can be permanently banned.
Normal study never hits a limit
If you use RangeConverter to study, you will not reach a limit. That holds for long sessions, heavy Trainer drilling and jumping between lots of spots in the Viewer.
Study tools, not real-time assistance
Our products are made to be study, analysis and training tools. They are not designed for real-time assistance (RTA) whilst playing.
Having these kinds of tools open whilst playing may be against the Terms of Service of the site you play on. Doing so may put your poker account at risk, so we strongly recommend against it.
Questions
If you think your account was suspended by mistake, contact us at support@rangeconverter.com or on Discord. We will look into it.
